well after moving on from the bundito, it was time for something bigger, longer and stronger, so a diesel LWB patrol was brought,
95 patrol, 4.2 Diesel
3" suspension
2" body
air locked front and rear
35's
and all the other junk to go with it :mrgreen:

I have tried to organise a few trips there and never any takers i have a sister that has a farm that backs onto the satanley forest that connects to beacworth forest and we could all camp on it i have spoken to her about it many a time the day b4 xmas was the last time i chatted to her about it.

I think admin should sign in and change it from club member to trater :finga:

There are some good tracks in the area if you know where to look. If its dry and you have front and rear locks then you will drive all but some of the tank slides (thats what greg is trying to drive) there are even some of these that are bullshit steep but still driveable and I think the one greg is on is one of them. If its wet then there are some big hill climbs that even with swampers and front and rear locks you still can not drive them.

There are a few old mines in the area that you can climb threw, one that goes in for 800mts. There is an old under ground hut that was still lived in about 20-15 years ago.

Opps sorry for the thread hijack but after all you did sell a toyota and go to a nissan :tool:

attached another pic of a long steep mofo, lwb, turbo diesel, 36 pede's 2nd gear and couldn;t get it, difflocks might have been a different story!

Its no 80 but for a nissan its a nice rig. was very happy to see that yellow hook made it on there real quick.

Guts we went the that underground hut, that guy had it well set up ay. would have been the most kitted out hut iv seen.
